NO REFUND to be given incase the Trekker  finishes The Trek before the scheduled Date
NO REFUND  (Partial or otherwise) will be made if you voluntarily leave or drop out of a Trek for any season after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.
In case, Mountain Monks cancels the trip/trek due to unforeseen circumstances it would be happy to suggest an alternative trip/dates. You may accept the alternate Trek suggestion, voucher or request another Trek of your choice with us . The difference in cost, if applicable, will have to be borne by you
.Mountain Monks shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any additional costs, credit card charges, TAC(s), travel arrangements including but not limited to flight cancellation, railway, hotel, visas costs, onward arrangements coinciding with this trip / trek etc. Refunds in such a scenario will happen as per our cancellation policy.
Refunds are not possible for any missed or unused services including voluntary / involuntary termination of tour / Trek on account of sickness, death of a family member, late arrival on the tour /trek  Mountain Monks is also not liable to pay any compensation for any loss arising as a consequence of trip /trek curtailment, alteration, extension or cancellation due to any reasons.
1)- Change of trek batch is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.
2)- In case of transferring a trek to a friend, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements put forward by Mountain Monks


Cancellation before  30days to the start of the trek  – 75% refund
Cancellation between 30days – 10days to the start of the trek ––25% refund.
Cancellation between 10days to the start of the trek – no refund
(Above policy is only applicable for full payment of trek fees in advance)

Cancellation before 30 days to the start of the trek – 10% of the ADVANCE PAYMENT refund

Cancellation between 30 days and the start of the trek – no refund.

(Above policy is only applicable for 50% of the trek fee in advance)


You are required to behave in a manner that is acceptable and conducive to group travel.
Mountain Monks reserves the right to terminate your trek
You are  found to be causing distress / annoyance to co-travellers, endanger / damage property of any supplier or of other travelling companions), without assigning any reason whatsoever. No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.
You also agree to abide by the authority of the group leader designated by Mountain Monks
. The decision of the Trek leader is binding on all participants on matters that affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. Behaviour that causes danger, distress or annoyance to others, or interferes with the mobility of the group can result in the group leader terminating your participation from the trek.
